Every My Brest Friend nursing pillow shares the same idea: a firm, flat cushion that wraps around you and holds baby at the right latch height, instead of a soft crescent that lets baby sink and roll away. Will it fit me?
My Brest Friend uses an adjustable wraparound strap with a wide fit range, and it fits most body types:
- Single-baby models (Basic, Original, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, Super Deluxe Designer, Professional, Inflatable Travel): an approximate 28 to 44 in waist (71 to 112 cm).
- Twin models (Twin, Professional Twin): an approximate 32 to 46 in waist (81 to 117 cm), with a wider feeding platform.
How to measure: put a tape around your body just above your hips, where the pillow will actually sit, wearing what you would normally wear at home. Do not pull it tight. My Brest Friend does not make an extender belt, so it is worth measuring before you order. If you are between ranges or want more room, the Twin platform gives extra space even for a single baby.

Choose by your situation
"I want the essentials at the lowest price." The Original is the one we usually point people to. Same firm top, same two feeding risers, same 6 in backrest as the Deluxe. The Basic costs less again, but its backrest drops to 3.5 in, and the backrest is the part your spine actually notices.
"I'll be feeding often and want the most back support." The Super Deluxe is the only model with added lumbar support on top of the 6 in backrest, plus a thicker cushion and a waterproof liner in the cover.
"I prefer natural fibres against baby's skin, or I run warm." The Super Deluxe Designer pairs that same support with a 100% organic cotton cover. Plush polyester covers are lovely but they hold heat.

"I'm feeding twins." The Twin gives you 27 x 21 in of surface instead of 24 x 17, and a 32 to 46 in strap. The Professional Twin adds a wipe-clean antimicrobial surface.
"Spit-up and easy cleaning are my priority." The Professional in vinyl wipes clean, with no slipcover to wash. If you would rather keep a washable cover, the Super Deluxe's integrated waterproof liner stops leaks reaching the foam.

A note on safe use
