At Adorling, we want you to feel confident and secure when shopping with us. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help with a simple, fair, and transparent process.
Return Eligibility
Because we curate our collection carefully, we only accept return or exchange requests for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or buyer's remorse.
To be eligible for a remedy, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must:
• Be unused and in their original condition
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Include all original accessories, tags, or parts
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team at: info@adorling.com
Please include the following in your email:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received
Our support team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with further instructions.
Please Note: Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
Because we only accept returns for errors on our part or transit damage, Adorling will cover all return shipping costs. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Customers are never responsible for shipping fees regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please inspect your tracking information carefully. Adorling is responsible for your package while it is in transit; however, we are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after the carrier logs them as successfully "Delivered" to your address. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. Approved exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible. If the item requested for exchange is out of stock, a full refund to your original payment method will be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly excluded from returns or exchanges:
• Opened or used products
• Personal care or hygiene products once opened
• Products damaged through customer misuse
• Clearance, promotional, or final sale items
• Gift cards

Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund is approved.
If approved:
• Your refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method.
• Standard banking processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
• Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@adorling.com.
