Answer these questions and we'll tell you straight away whether your item can come back. It takes about thirty seconds. Every return needs an authorization number from us before it ships; anything sent back without one can't be accepted or refunded.

30 days from delivery to ask. Unopened and unused only, in the original box with tags and accessories. Every return needs an authorization number from us first. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced free with return shipping covered, opened box or not. Opened or used pillows and covers are final sale, for hygiene.
Change-of-mind returns carry a flat $14.95 return label fee, deducted from the refund, unless Return Shipping Protection was added at checkout for $3.99.
