On the first day it's very supportive. So nice to have a way to cuddle both my twins at once.I'm a dress size 12/14 and this fits around me without adjusting it.
With my first kid, I used the regular Brest Friend pillow. For my second daughter I debated using the same first pillow or getting this plus sized twin version one.I am plus sized, but the regular version fit around me just fine.The reason I love this pillow is pretty simple. I have very large breasts and especially for my newborn, it’s easier for her to breast-feed with me using the football hold. This extra big pillow allows her to lay fully on the pillow while I breast-feed in the football position. It’s far more comfortable than any other pillow I’ve used. I love that it has a secure attachment around my waist so the baby doesn’t fall between the pillow and me.The soft cover is really nice. I’ve had to machine wash this cover a few times because I have a speedy baby and it’s gone into the washer and drier without any issue.I haven’t had the compression issue like one of the previous reviewers but I’ve only been using this for six weeks.
This is so convenient! I have twins and this makes my life so much easier! It’s also very nice that the cover is washable.
So supportive, I had twins and this was the BEST and easiest for tandem feeding. I was recommended the TwinZ pillow which is double the price and not nearly as supportive as this one.

I bought this pillow for a few reasons, main 2 being: the flat top which I thought would be an improvement from the traditional boppy which seemed to put the baby in an awkward position rolling into you, this did seem much better and gave more space and support for my baby and honestly breast to rest on. The 2nd reason was lumbar support due to having back issues- while this may have been helpful, it was just too difficult to try and put the back piece on around me while holding a crying newborn. Instead I ended up just using a lumbar support pillow that stayed in my recliner and used the U- shape pillow around me for feedings. After a while I noticed the velcro however was fraying the fabric on my recliner, I ended up finding some cloth pieces to fit over it to try and further more damage to the furniture but I wish the pillow came with velcro covers for the sides so mothers could use without the back piece if they chose.
It was perfect when i was learning to breastfeed my twins in the NICU but unfortunately my girls came home on oxygen and my breastfeeding journey ended prematurely. I would recommend for anyone trying to learn how to breastfeed.
This pillow is ideal for feeding babies over 6 months, everything that exists is intended for very small babies, do the manufacturers of these pillows really think that no one feeds children over 6 months? But I don't like the velcro, it's very uncomfortable and it makes a lot of noise, I'll remove it, also I have a narrow waist and the pillow falls off, what they came up with at the back of the pillow and the fastenings are terrible, uncomfortable, other pillows are much better attached, I'll remake everything for myself

I got this in around 6pm, just used it for the first time at 8:30, and now it's 9 and I had to wrote a review! This pillow is super supportive. I did have to put a pillow under it to get it to a good height, but it's very sturdy under babies. The pillow itself is so light, soft, and easy to use! I am on the smaller side and had trouble using the twin z because of gaps and my babies sliding down into them. This pillow stays snug enough to my body that I didn't experience any slipping at all! This is truly the essential twin feeding pillow in my opinion (and cheaper than the competing twin z). I'm looking forward to continued use of this pillow.
This is my 3rd nursing pillow I have purchased for my twins. I wish I had purchased this from the beginning.It is great for nursing both at the same time or just one baby. It is my favorite because it is designed toAccommodate plus size mamas, holds its firmness and is comfortable for all of us. The side buckle makes it easy to put on and take off especially once they have fallen asleep nursing and I transfer them to their crib. It’s the only pillow they will fall asleep nursing in. It’s designed very well.The fact that you can adjust the straps and Velcro area to perfectly fit around you is amazing. I am a size 22 and it fits around me with a lot of extra room to spare.
Our twins are three weeks old and I was using the original Breast Friend pillow I had from our oldest child. The twins are quickly growing out of preemie size and getting too big to use the original pillow, so I broke down and ordered this one.Unfortunately it was delivered with defective stitching on the Velcro strap and would undoubtedly continue to fall out after washing and using so I’m having to return it. This is the reason for the loss of a star.Otherwise the pillow is amazing and perfect for tandem nursing. The twins feel secure and it puts them in a good position. I do wish there was a slight elevation difference at the front so they aren’t laying flat but I just stick a pillow between my knees and the pillow and it does the trick.It has an extra pillow at the back for lumbar support which is nice. It is definitely more comfortable than the smaller, original pillow.The buckle is one of the reasons I ordered the original version for my oldest child and feels like a necessary thing now. It doesn’t move and feels secure once you have it on.This pillow is HUGE. Again, great for tandem nursing but I have no idea where to store something so big between feedings. Refer to pictures for size difference!Overall, the pillow works exactly as it should and will get a ton of use over the next year so I have reordered one already. I wish I didn’t have to return this one due to bad stitching but for the price I’m paying and the amount of use it will get, I can’t risk it falling apart so easily.
I wish I had this the day my twins were born. My girls decided to always feed in sync and balancing them both while feeding was a challenge (even with a ton of pillows around you). This pillow is super bulky but does the job of holding both babies while supporting my lower back.
if you’re planning on breast feeding your twins, this is a MUST. Been using this for almost 3 months now and this cuts feeding time in half. Totally worth it.
I didn’t have twins, but have used other breast feeding pillows and the twin size was worth the extra money! Other pillows I’ve used, I had to put pillows under my baby’s head to keep it supported. With this breastfeeding pillow, I never had to do that! And the extra space was perfect for my phone, remote, or snacks!Only downside is the back piece could not be removed. I solved this problem by putting a small pillow on top of the back piece to help keep me comfortable and positioned forward.
I know it’s kind of advertised for twins, but i have only one baby and this is the perfect alternative for plus size moms to the Boppy. Just had my third child and honestly this is a complete game changer for me Breastfeeding. The price may seem a little high for budget conscious moms, but I will tell you, this is worth the purchase for maximum comfortability for you and baby.
I was a little baffled by the price but honestly extremely worth it. It does everything but more than a regular bed pillow. This pillow actually gets baby up to breast. I was constantly trying to maneuver bed pillow to the right fit but I don’t have to worry about that with this pillow. I gave four stars because it is a heavy price.
This pillow is a life saver. It helps me to breastfeed my twins at the same time. It also provides enough support when kiddos want to be held in arms. I can easily rest my arms on it. Definitely recommend it to mother with twins.

I couldn’t imagine my breastfeeding journey with twins without this pillow! It is attached to my hip and goes everywhere with me as it’s the only way I’m able to feed both my babies together! It is sturdy and doesn’t require extra pillows for support. I slip a rolled up blanket under my girls heads and tuck it under their hips to keep them in place and it works perfect!
This is great for having a single baby that you want to be able to easily pick up and move to the other breast. The symmetrical support is great for this.The hole is just a little bit too big for me, and I wish that the pillow fit a little more snugly against torso and under breasts. (40in waist right now I think) My way around this is stuffing something between me and the pillow behind me, or using blankets to bolster in the front so the baby isn't falling in a hole. I'd just pull it closer against my body, but when sitting in a chair or on a couch the pillow sticks out behind me and the chair back keeps it from working.The pad on the back attached by velcro tends to roll, and then I feel the scratchy velcro, so I will probably just sew it in place or do something to reinforce it there.I do recommend this for anyone with large breasts planning to breastfeed even just one baby, and to have it at the hospital with you. It made breastfeeding so much less stressful.
I tried this pillow vs the Twin Z for breastfeeding my twins and this one wins by a landslide so far. My twins are 4 mo old and I’m still using this one to breastfeed. I’m petite, so maybe it’s related to that, but I feel like my twins roll toward me on the sides with the Twin Z and they lay nice and flat with this one. I like the flat shelf/bar top shape of this pillow better too.
For my wife who is exclusively breastfeeding until she goes back to work, this is an essential. She absolutely loves it. Allows for comfortable different positions, provides back support which she says is super important, and easy to clean the fabric cover. My friend who has twins recommended this one to us even with one newborn because of the amount of positions/comfortability of having the extra space and my wife definitely agrees that this was the right choice. Fantastic product!
I bought this specifically to have support on the sides to feed my son in the “football” hold/side hold since other pillows don’t provide that support. It has good back support but I did make a lot of modifications to be more comfortable. It has two pillows for the back - I unsewed them and put them on top of each other so they were taller and covered more of my back than just being thicker. I also shoved burp clothes in them to fluff them up more. I also unsewed the Velcro on the right side and made it underneath the pillow since the clasp and Velcro were hard and scratchy for my son. The left side is scratchy too so I have put a burp cloth over it. I also stuffed the main part of the pillow too to provide more support since it was flatter than I wanted. Oh and I took a pocket from an older breastfriend pillow (that I used for his older brother when he was a baby), and sewed it into the front middle of the pillow. Unsure why this one has the pocket on the side. You can’t reach it with your left hand when you’re using your right to hold your baby. I didn’t realize how much I changed. But it is now the best nursing pillow I have owned. Better than the baby frida, original boppy and their newer one with the back strap (which was AWFUL the fabric pilled and caused a rash and cracked skin - it was like sandpaper) and it is better than the regular Brestfriend pillow.

Love this support pillow for positioning multiple little ones for breastfeeding. This pillow was great for use in the NICU while learning to nurse two little ones. The fabric is soft, pocket convenient, and contour of the pillow perfect for helping to hold little babies in place. The back support pillow is perfectly lovely and is a blessing to a mama that is feeling not only one but two babies.
