My Brest Friend uses an adjustable wraparound strap with a wide fit range, so most bodies are covered:
- Single-baby models (Basic, Original, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, Super Deluxe Designer, Professional, Inflatable Travel): fit an approximate 28″–44″ waist.
- Twin models (Twin Plus, Professional Twin): fit an approximate 32″–46″ waist and add a wider feeding platform.
To check your fit, measure around your body where the pillow will sit — roughly at the natural waist, just under the bust. If you're between ranges or want more room, the Twin platform gives extra space even for a single baby.
