Before anything else: this pillow is firm and flat. It is not a soft crescent you sink into. My Brest Friend calls it a firm, flat design for airway safety, and with two babies that matters even more, because a soft pillow cannot hold both of them level at once. This is the same wide twin body as our Twin pillow, in hospital-grade antimicrobial vinyl that wipes clean rather than a fabric cover. It is what clinics and lactation consultants buy, and it is the same clinical-grade build in either version.

Frequently asked questions

Can I feed twins at the same time?

Yes. It is built for tandem feeding: 27 in wide, firm and level, so both babies sit at the same height. It also works for one baby.
Can I feed twins at the same time?

The strap holds the pillow around your waist, so the babies rest on the pillow rather than on your belly, and the 5 in backrest lets you sit back. Follow your own care provider's guidance.
Will it fit me?

It fits a 32 to 46 in waist. Measure just above your hips, where the pillow sits, without pulling the tape tight. There is no extender belt. Unsure? Email support@adorling.com before opening the box.
How do I clean it?

Wipe the vinyl surface with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Do not machine wash. If you prefer a fabric slipcover you can wash, choose the Twin Plus instead.
Can my babies sleep on it?

No. Nursing pillows are for supervised, awake feeding only. Always hold your babies, and take the pillow off when the feed is done. Never use it for sleep.
